Our Giggs and Partner branded Estate Agency businesses help our clients realise their property related goals.
Each business is focused on understanding a client’s home moving needs and working together to achieve them. We are customer focused and driven by the joy we feel when we have successfully supported our clients to achieve their objectives.
As well as helping our clients sell their homes, we are also able to provide a home search service to buyers within both our Giggs Partner, and By Design brands.
By Design
Our By Design team operate exclusively in the upper end of the market, focussing entirely on individual, luxury, lifestyle, and historical properties.
The By Design team help clients with exceptional and lifestyle properties come to the market with outstanding customer service and marketing.
The team have also worked hard to establish By Design as the equestrian and livestock related property experts in the Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Huntingdonshire region and have in excess of 30 years of personal experience of owning, managing, buying and selling equestrian and livestock related properties and facilities.
Property Management
Our in-house Lettings team provide a full property management service for Landlords.
We help landlords navigate the often-complex responsibilities of a Landlord. They work closely with our Estate Agency teams to provide a full service to property investors.
Mortgage and Protection
Our Assured Mortgage Advice team offer a full advice and recommendation service, having access to the whole of market for mortgage and protection, plus a range of general insurance products.
Although completely Impartial, the team are integrated within our Estate Agency businesses so that we can seamlessly provide mortgage and protection related services to our home moving clients.
The Assured Mortgage Advice team can work with potential buyers and sellers to help them understand the costs of moving and ensure they have the full picture of the process and what they can afford in order to aid their home search.
Mentoring and Coaching
Our Group leaders, Matt Giggs and Gemma Noonan, provide mentoring and coaching services to business owners who need support in achieving their business objectives.
Leveraging Matt’s Estate agency skills and Gemma’s HR and Development experience, along with both of their experience in leading teams over their careers they have helped Estate Agency owners to grow and develop their businesses.
Matt and Gemma specialise in Change Management, having worked together since the first week of Lockdown in 2020 and leading their own Change Management program within The Giggs Group.
Their coaching and change management programs are focused on helping business owners understand their values and how these should drive their business objectives and people management processes. Their methods are tried and tested in The GIggs Group first and have enabled Matt and Gemma to test, learn and constantly adapt their approach to bring their clients the highest value for their investment.
Estate Agency Training
The Giggs Group CEO, Matt Giggs, is able to provide bespoke training to Estate Agents wanting to develop their skills, drawing on his extensive experience as an Estate Agent, Senior Leader and Entrepreneur.
Matt’s engaging style and ability to motivate, inspire and teach others how to be great Estate Agents is what has made The Giggs Group so successful. Matt loves sharing his ‘Giggs Way’ with other Estate Agents and is always happy to provide advice and guidance to fellow Agents
