In my career within the property industry, I have worked in a variety of roles.
I started in lettings and then moved on to sales before spending some years working as a progressor for property developers.
Having this varied experience has helped me to understand the whole process better, from start to finish. I can advise clients more effectively, especially when progressing a property sale or purchase.
As part of the After Sales Team at The Giggs Group, I pride myself on building a great rapport with our sellers and buyers, and the solicitors and mortgage advisors. The aim is to work together to achieve a common goal; a smooth transaction and a happy customer.
I have often been described as a bit of a ‘dog with a bone’ when it comes to problem solving as I thrive on a challenge, and it is important to me that all customers walk away happy with the service they have received. Being organised and a bit of a perfectionist helps too!
When not at work, I spend a lot of time renovating my own property (I enjoy a bit of DIY). Other than this, you would find me eating or spending time with family and my two very naughty dogs.
